A great tool for making things fit. I would suggest strongly in getting cut offs and grinders as it comes with the usual sanding and buffing disc and you will find cutting and grinding jobs will come up often around the house. I've used mine for about a year now. Mine never said anything about being "Industrial" and I paid about $33 for mine but this 10.8 ION battery version has plenty power and endurance.

Dremel 8000-02 10.8V 120V Lithium Ion Cordless Rotary Tool In an attempt to determine what, if any, difference there was between the industrial and standard versions of this product are I contacted Dremel directly. I was told that there is no "Industrial" version of the 10.8 Volt Rotary Tool and that they were going to investigate the situation.
